A precarious balance of industry and nature, Stacked Fate captures a striking arrangement of shipping containers against the backdrop of towering, snow-capped mountains. Found off the road en route to Joshua Tree, this structure feels both accidental and intentional—a testament to human imposition on the landscape and the inevitable forces of gravity and time.
